1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

AlphaStream and all associated source code, documentation, design, architecture, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Mike ("Owner"). All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Owner.

2. License Grant

By using AlphaStream, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform solely for its intended purpose of viewing financial data and analytics. This grant does not transfer any ownership rights.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and shall not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, or sell any part of the Software without prior written permission from the Owner
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
• Use the Software or its data for automated scraping, resale, or redistribution
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
• Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. User Accounts

Access to certain features requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accounts are subject to role-based access (ADMIN, USER, PUBLIC), and the Owner reserves the right to modify your access level or terminate accounts at any time.

5. Financial Data Disclaimer

AlphaStream aggregates and presents publicly available financial data from sources including SEC EDGAR, congressional STOCK Act disclosures, and other regulatory databases. This data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or endorsements. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy in data processing and presentation, we do not guarantee that the data displayed is complete, current, or error-free. Automated parsing of SEC filings and regulatory documents may produce inaccuracies. Users should verify critical data against original sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

The Owner may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
